Each session can be very different. It will focus on each individuals specific goals so it can look a bit different for each individual. At your initial session we will go over questions about family history, medical issues, and relationships in order to help establish a strong foundation to identify how therapy will be most beneficial to you. Each subsequent session will last 50 minutes where we will work together to establish goals for you time in therapy. In the beginning we will typically meet weekly (can be different based on needs and your schedule) so we can develop a solid therapeutic relationship. After that we will assess any changes to frequency based on what fits your needs.
